About Latido

On Tras Street, Chef Fernando Arévalo delivers fine-dining Colombian sabor without the stiff dining-room formality. Counter seats put you right in front of the open kitchen, where plates move at an unhurried, steady pace. Diners routinely text their friends about the Pan de la Casa—warm rye with caramelized onion butter—before moving to raw sawara ceviche served inside crisp kueh pie tee shells. The sweetcorn arepa comes crowned with suckling pig, while braised rabbit arrives tucked into chewy house-made cassava wraps. Meals wind down with a dark chocolate tart cut by tart Colombian feijoa ice cream.

  • Signature Bakes: Warm house rye comes glazed and paired with savory caramelized onion butter.
  • Elevated Antojitos: Regional staples feature braised rabbit in chewy cassava wraps alongside sweetcorn arepas crowned with suckling pig.
  • Bocados de Tiradito: Sawara ceviche paired with lime pearls is spooned into crisp kueh pie tee shells.
  • Feijoa Sweets: A rich chocolate tart gets balanced by the tart bite of Colombian feijoa ice cream.

Discover why guests choose Latido for innovative Colombian dining, open-kitchen energy, and memorable celebrations.

  • Authentic Regional Colombian Specialties

Chef Fernando Arevalo showcases regional Colombian culinary staples, from handcrafted sweetcorn arepas de choclo to limited-batch roasted suckling pig and tender braised meats.

The Arepa de Chocolo y Huevo remains one of my must orders. The sweetcorn cake comes stuffed with a fried egg and cured pork jowl, finished with a touch of paprika.

Creative fusion bites bridge Latin and Southeast Asian flavors, prominently featured in sawara ceviche served with lime pearls in kueh pie tee shells.

the BOCADOS DE TIRADITO, the chef’s brilliant Kueh Pie Tee-inspired creation with sawara ceviche and lime pearls. Like a Colombian-style Kueh Pie Tee… but make it sexy. What a genius twist!
