To reach the venue, find the elevator outside the Tower One office entrance near the drop-off driveway on Battery Road. Check in at the reception desk to be directed up, and transfer elevators at Level 62 to reach the rooftop bar.

General admission standing tickets may not guarantee a seat, as available tables are frequently reserved. You can book a table in advance, though table bookings can require substantial minimum spend commitments (up to SGD 700 per table).

Because the bar is an open-air rooftop venue, operations depend on the weather. If rain hits, guests are typically ushered indoors or down to the enclosed HighHouse lounge on the floor below.

Visitors note that venue security maintains a dress code, so it is recommended to wear smart casual attire rather than touristy wear. Additionally, outside liquids such as water bottles are not permitted inside and will be held at reception.
