About Revolution Wine Bistro

Tucked inside Henderson Industrial Building, Revolution Wine Bistro turns out dialled-in Asian fusion on sleek Fritz Hansen chairs. Dark room, relaxed buzz, sharp pours—the kind of enclave where you sink in over boutique bottles and unhurried conversation. Frequent diners head straight for the savoury stroopwafels, crowned with Sarawak white pepper crab and caviar, or the rich Hua Diao clam linguine spiked with traditional Chinese wine. In-house chicken nuggets arrive packed with intentional crunch from ground cartilage, while the cold-smoked engawa melts under a clean, campfire smokiness. Leaner A5 Wagyu delivers pure beefy depth rather than grease, finished alongside freshly baked pandan madeleines with crisp edges.

  • Asian-Inflected Bistro Plates: Dishes reinterpret bistro staples with East Asian flair, from Sarawak pepper crab stroopwafels with caviar to rich Hua Diao clam linguine.
  • Designer Industrial Setting: Dimly lit, cozy enclave furnished with Fritz Hansen design seating in an unexpected industrial building.
  • Handcrafted Cartilage Nuggets: House-ground chicken nuggets engineered with thigh, breast, and cartilage for distinct snap and texture.

Why Diners Choose Revolution Wine Bistro

Discover why diners escape to this Henderson Industrial hideaway for boutique wines, designer furnishings, and inventive bistro dining.

  • Creative East-meets-West bistro plates

The kitchen refashions Western formats with East Asian notes, pairing Sarawak pepper crab or foie gras into savory stroopwafels alongside signature Hua Diao clam pastas.

Another unforgettable dish was the “Hua Diao Clams” linguine. The sauce was incredibly rich, fragrant and comforting all at once, with the clams adding so much sweetness and depth to the pasta.

  • Unpretentious and intuitive wine pairing

Floor hosts and sommeliers balance approachable bottle guidance with casual warmth, elevating inventive dishes through well-matched boutique and natural labels.

They make wine easy and fun, and it helps to have some of the best food in town to go along.

  • Housemade textured cartilage nuggets

Unlike commercial frozen bar bites, the kitchen minces and shapes chicken breast, thigh meat, and cartilage in-house for a proprietary texture.

Folks who bother to play around with the ratios of breast, thigh meat and cartilage and even their flour mix… feed ppl with love

  • Attentive solo dining pacing

Floor staff cater seamlessly to individual diners, keeping glasses topped and offering tasting menu navigation while respecting uninterrupted personal space.

As a solo diner, I appreciate quality food and beverage while enjoying my personal space. However, I do want to know that if I raise my hand or make eye contact, someone will be there to assist me. RWB truly understands this balance during my dinner—thank you!

Before you head over

Practical dining tips to help you make the most of your visit to Revolution Wine Bistro.

  • Order Plates to Share

Dishes carry pronounced, robust seasonings—such as rich sauces and savoury profiles—making plates best enjoyed shared across a group rather than tackled solo.

  • Plan Ahead for Restroom Access

Restrooms are located on the second level of the industrial building rather than within the restaurant unit itself, though they remain clean and well-kept.

  • Save Room for Housemade Sides and Desserts

If visiting for set lunch or a casual catch-up, signature housemade snacks like chicken nuggets, sourdough with seaweed butter, and freshly baked desserts require extra room, so space out your courses.
