About Cat Bite Club

Slip behind a Duxton Road coffee counter and step past the curtain—Cat Bite Club narrows its craft strictly to agave and rice spirits. Regulars point newcomers to the balance in the glass, pitting earthy mezcal against the pungent kick of baijiu. Booths fill after dark over the citrus-forward Cat Bite Margarita, paired with warm quesadillas and homemade onion dip. Behind the stick, bartenders gladly pour tastes from deep shelves, walking drinkers through rare bottles without pretense.

  • Speakeasy Entrance: Hidden behind an operating cafe front and curtain, marked only by a glowing neon cat sign.
  • Agave & Rice Focus: Cocktail program spotlighting agave staples like mezcal and tequila alongside rice spirits like sake and baijiu.
  • Intimate Nightcap Spot: A relaxed, low-lit room built for small gatherings, paired with quesadillas, guacamole, and house dips.
