This Michelin-recognized hawker counter keeps things strictly beverage-focused—skipping toast sets to concentrate on dark, aromatic coffee and pulled tea. Even iced cups show small courtesies, handed over wrapped in paper tissue to catch condensation before you walk away.

When my drink was served, it came with a tissue wrapped around the cup to absorb the condensation.

The kopi c was great for me because it was a great blend of strong and sweet – it had the aromatics and bitterness from the coffee bean with a tinge of sweetness from the condensed milk added.

The coffee was robust, fragrant, and perfectly balanced, delivering a rich flavour without any bitterness. It was refreshing, smooth, and exactly what a traditional kopi lover would hope for.
